How do we teach?
Intensive is not "theory about practice". Here they work with clients live - and you see how it happens. Analysis of sessions. Own practice under supervision. This is both training and a therapeutic space - you grow as a professional and receive psychological support. Understanding does not come from a textbook - from your own experience.

Ecological Psychological Facilitation – ECPF – has been developed by Professor Pavlo Lushin since 1999, together with Yana Sukhenko since 2021. A scientifically based, officially recognized method of non-directive, systemic, short-term psychological assistance and psychotherapy (CMU Resolution, 2022). Integrated into the curriculum of Montclair University (USA).

Doctor of Psychology, Professor. Author of the ECPF® method. Over 40 years of consulting practice, 250+ scientific publications. Teaches at Montclair University (USA). Conducts intensive consulting sessions with real clients and analyzes each one together with the group.
Yana Sukhenko
Candidate of Psychological Sciences, co-developer of the ECPF method, head of the ECPF® School. Teaches methods at intensive courses and supports practice - from the first steps to independent sessions. Integrates AI into eco-facilitation training and practice.

Is psychological education required to participate?
For the “Basic” package — no. For packages with consulting practice, you must have or obtain a psychological education.
What will I get in the first few weeks?
You will see sessions by the author of the method with real clients, receive basic guidelines for the eco-facilitation process, and be able to apply them immediately - in work and in life.
What is the key idea of ECPF?
A person already has everything they need to make changes. The eco-facilitator psychologist does not “treat” or “know best,” but creates conditions where the client finds their own solutions.
Will the course be suitable if I am out of resources (war, anxiety, instability)?
Yes. The course is designed as a supportive space, not an additional burden. The important thing is the willingness to come, to be in the process, and not to “be the perfect specialist.”.
What type of study group?
Closed group, chamber format. This allows for a safe space for practice and individual attention to each participant.
Do I need additional equipment or programs?
You will need a stable internet connection, a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone, and Zoom installed. A private location is preferred for participation in the consultation sessions.
Can I join the group after the intensive has started?
The group closes 2 weeks after the start of the intensive, during this time there is still an opportunity to join.
Is there an introductory meeting?
If you want to experience how the method works, we offer an introductory consultation with an eco-facilitator. You can leave a request for a free consultation on this website.
Will it be scary to practice?
Perhaps, but this fear is natural. However, practice is built through small steps: observation and analysis → training with AI → individual stages of consultation → holistic work under supervision.
Will there be recordings of the classes?
Recordings of classes are not provided, training sessions take place in ZOOM according to the schedule. This is due to compliance with the confidentiality conditions for clients we work with during the main intensive sessions.
How many consultations with real clients will there be during the intensive?
At each training session (on Sat. and Sun.) there are 2 consultations with real clients and their analysis.
What should I do if I miss a class?
Omissions happen, especially in times of war. Individual situations are resolved separately.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, it is possible.
What certificate will I receive?
All participants receive a certificate in two languages (Ukrainian/English), 80 hours, 2.7 ECTS credits. Additionally, the hours of actual client, consultative and supervisory experience are indicated.
Can I continue my studies after the course?
Yes, graduates can join subsequent intensives to deepen their practice and accreditation in the ECPF method.
Can ECPF be combined with another profession or method?
Yes. ECPF is an independent modality with its own theoretical and methodological basis, and at the same time eco-facilitation skills are applicable in working with people: pedagogy, medicine, HR, social work, etc.
If I study elsewhere at the same time, will that not be a problem?
No. Being able to compare approaches often deepens understanding. The key is to be present in the process.
How much do you need to study to start practicing?
One intensive provides a foundation for starting supervised practice. Mastery is built through experience, reflection, and continued learning.
What are the prospects and directions for the development of ECPF?
Among the areas of development for the ECPF modality are AI-assisted learning (AI simulator, personalized trajectories, and AI supervision), expansion of the ECPF assistance platform, and research into the effectiveness of ECPF in wartime and the digital age.
Who is the course NOT suitable for?
For those looking for a “magic pill” or a rigid protocol — do it once, twice, three times. The course is about a living method and professional growth, not about quick promises.
