They are formulated based on many years of experience in educational and consulting work by Professor P.V. Lushin, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, author of the eco-facilitative approach, the theory of personal change, and the method «Eco-Centered Psychological Facilitation, ECPF». The textbook introduces readers to the approach and method developed in Ukraine in the fields of psychological assistance, psychotherapy and education – «Ecological Psychological Facilitation – ECPF». A systematic analysis of the essence, principles, features of the implementation of eco-facilitative assistance, the history of its formation and prospects for development in integration with artificial intelligence is presented. The focus is on practical aspects of the application of ECPF principles, innovative technology for training eco-facilitators and the formation of relevant competencies. The potential of collaboration with AI, ethical principles and experience of practicing with Claude (Anthropic) in the format of eco-facilitative sessions are revealed. Protocol of an eco-facilitation session as a tool for individual professional development of the subject of psychological assistance
The manual introduces the reader to the Ukrainian modality of psychological assistance "Ecological Psychological Facilitation" and guidelines for recording eco-facilitation sessions. The provided eco-facilitation session protocol form reflects normative or "consensus" ideas about the eco-facilitation process, which will allow the psychologist to design individual trajectories of professional development and hone his own counseling style.

The monograph is a continuation of the research of Professor P.V. Lushin on the topic "Psychology of the Personality in Transition" and is devoted to the issues of ecological assistance in the period of systemic and personal changes. It examines the theoretical and applied patterns of ecological psychological facilitation as an innovative direction in psychological and pedagogical assistance, traces the conditions under which a specialist manages to promote self-organization and self-development of the individual.
